Firstly, pre-processing that separate water through atmospheric distillation and separate waste oil according to the specific gravity after decreasing the viscosity by solvent oil.
Secondly, renewable processes that make use of special film distiller under high vacuum state to distill lubricant base oil with the temperature lower than decomposing temperature.
Thirdly, renewable processes that produce fuel by mixing residual oil from distillation process and low boiling point curdle oil. Fourthly, post-processing in which the firstly produced lubricant base oil should go through white clay reaction and high pressure filter. This Processes will get involved the following items: cooling equipment, electric device, mechanical equipment, steel structure, waste incinerator, fire fighting device as well as stock device etc.
Market prospects
